Goals & Motivation

Goals and Motivation

As it becomes a New Year, we often think about wanting to improve ourselves. We dreaming of being better, living a better, healthier life and always wanting more. For some that is shedding a few pounds, reversing a habit or addiction like Smoking, or even being able to stop reaching for another drink. To do any of these things or anything else we need two things Goals and Motivation;

…The Goals and The Motivation.

It is easy to concentrate on one goal if a person is well motivated. Motivation has a very strong connection to the concentration of an individual who aims for a goal. Such claim is very applicable in the process of attaining a very important goal in life or a very significant opportunity, which can lead a person to success in reaching their goal.

Yet what do goals represent? These are actually representations of your visions about you and your future. Goals should be achievable and realistic. These kinds of goals allow you to put them into practice or at least do some activities that allow you to monitor your progress. However, more is involved in just merely setting realistic goals.

“Remember, that in order to achieve your goals, you must act according to your goals. Otherwise, all else would be vanity if you do not exert effort in reaching them”

Goal setting means a person is proactive in dealing with challenges that may affect their plans. Being proactive means one is able to outline possible difficulties that may occur as well as the solutions to these difficulties. By doing this, a person is not easily scared or defeated when challenges occur because they have already prepared for them.

Goal setting basically includes simple principles:

  • Specifying what you exactly want. If you are certain about your goal, then it can be easier for you to reach it without struggling so much.
  • The Practicality and Attainability of your goal. Be sure that the goal you are trying to achieve is possible.
  • Focus on your Desire to attain your goal. Your desire should be high enough, which can be used as your personal motivation. Think of the possible things that may happen if that goal is already in your hand.
  • Visualising and Living with your goal is the next principle. This is in connection with imagining your desire. Imagine how great it could be if your goal has already been attained is a helpful way for you to stay motivated about reaching your goal.
  • Write down your goal.
  • Measurable. You should know how far you have come and regardless of size, every movement is a positive one
  • Take the goal into Action.

These steps take Motivation and they take determination.

Motivation has an ability to change a set of daily experiences and achievements of a person while aiming to complete a very special goal.

Importance of Goals and Motivation

Those individuals who are not aware of its importance won’t be able to maintain their concentration in the process of completing a significant goal.

For those who smoke and have attempted to give up cigarettes. Have ended up reaching for another cigarette because they believe the addiction of nicotine is too strong. Or that they are out with friends and smoke because that’s ‘what happens’. How about those who have attempted to lose weight and grab another extra sin or cake. Motivation is the word that will carry you through. It is the wheel in your mindset that carries you from the start of your goal. That start line, that dream, that vision, across the white tape at the end of the track.

This has successfully changed the lives of many people in this world because of its amazing benefits. It can truly increase the level of self esteem and courage of a person while accomplishing tough tasks and special goals

With the help of Goals and Motivation, it will be easier for everyone to improve their own concentrations. While accomplishing the most important missions in their lives.

A key player in giving you the tool to change your mindset, to give you that Motivation to make sure that you reach that Goal is hypnosis. This form of therapy uses your ever so powerful sub conscious to assist you become the person you want to be. Placing you in a relaxing state where your sub conscious comes alive. We together are able to make process faster than you would be able to do through your conscious cognitive. Which is where the blockers live. Do not give into the cognitive process when your Sub conscious has all the power.
