What is Kinetic Shift? And what will it do for you?

Kinetic Shift is a rapid method combining several different techniques. As a result it will assist to resolve Fears, Phobias, Anxiety, Weight Loss, Smoking and even PTSD. We all know that we can’t express everything we want to verbally. So we use several other methods of communication and this is key to Kinetic Shift.

Who can use it?

Everyone from beginners to seasoned therapists. It is so simple and fun,  you can do it anywhere.

Sub-modalities, Confusion, Metaphors, Shamanistic, Intuition and theatrical, are the elements what make up Kinetic Shift. Which is a complete opposite to the classically trained methods you see.

Kinetic Shift was developed by Karl Smith from the UK Hypnosis Academy. After years and years of watching and participating in boring and dated Hypnotherapy methods. Laying the client down and really boring them to death with long winded scripts or monotone voices. So he decided it was time for a change. After 2 years of field testing with Military and Emergency Services personnel. Karl finalised the 7 simplistic stages of Kinetic Shift.
